For Atomization of Jewellery Shop, divide the Shop into two Departments - 1) Safe & 2) Counter. Here Safe is not just actual Safe but it is a Department which will do all the Back Office Activities. Now, any purchase, like Gold, Silver, Platinum in form of Std. Bars, New Ornaments, Loose Stones, Diamonds, Diamond Jewellery, Gift Articles & on approval basis Jewellery, from Supplier, is brought to Safe by entering in R.D. Purchase Voucher. From Safe, Std. Bars, Loose Stones & even Alloy depending on the purity of Ornament to be made, are transferred to Goldsmiths through Goldsmith Issue Document. In return Goldsmith delivers the Ornaments via Goldsmith Receipt Document. Wastage, Tut, Pieces & Powder if required, can be entered in the same Document. Now at Safe, Ornaments are ready for Sales! Then these Ornaments are transferred to different Counters as per their demands, through Location wise Stock Transfer. From Counters, these are delivered to Customers through Sales or Order Sales Documents. Old Gold given by Customers for their Cash requirement is entered through URD Purchase Document. Old Gold & Advance by the Customer against Order, is taken through Order Taking Document. Sales Return happens through Sales Return Document. In such cases, Set off for VAT, is calculated. Here after this Old Gold, Sales Return & Order Receipt Gold is transferred to Safe. Then Old Gold is sent to Goldsmith for Refinery. Finally Purchase & Approval basis return to Supplier is done, via Purchase Return or Approval basis Return Document. Daily Accounting Transactions like, Cash, Bank Receipt-Payments are entered through respective Accounting Vouchers. Ahead of it, the Reporting of this System is very Unique. The Stock Reports can be seen in Conventional GS11 & GS12 Formats. For daily working needs refer, Old Gold Register & New Ornament Register. Even submission of Stock at Shop, Actual Stock Report along with Valuation including all Inward & Outward Details is possible. VAT Reports & Statements will always be clear & on time! Regarding Financial Position, there will be Clear Picture, like Daily Cash Balance, Bank Balances, Sundry Debaters, Credits and Balance Sheet as well. After this atomization or computerization of Jewellery Shop with Acme Infinity, Neat, Decent, in detailed Computerized Sales Bill can be given to Customers. And definitely, an immediate result in terms of Savings done on the Cost spent for Accounting before Atomization will be seen!
