MANUFACTURING :

We Obtaining raw material from reliable sources namely from the best dairies farms. Our quality control team will process the quality Test of the raw material received from the farm. After QC the raw material are stored in the cold storage to avoid fungal and bacterial entry into raw material stored. According to our production plan. The Storage butter is melted to 120 degree Celsius until all Wetness removed from the butter.

We have the best production machines. The machine runs fully on steam drawn from a High temperature boiler. The melted butter is passes through the production vessels in highest grade of stainless steel for the next process of purity.

To get pure ghee several process are taken. To avoid non visible dust particle hot ghee passes through the Filter equipment. The filter vessel purifies the ghee. After the process Ghee is then cooled in a temperature controlled to get enrich aroma flavor. After 48 hours the ghee is taken for packaging section through pipeline and ghee will packaged in Tins, Pet Jars, and Stand up Pouches for delivery.

PACKING :

We have an excellent set up for production, storage, manufacturing, in-house design and packaging unit. We store our finished goods in our spacious warehouse that is spread over a large area. This in turn ensures timely delivery as well as processing bulk orders efficiently. All the provisions have been made to ensure the safety of the products stored. Experienced well-trained staff has been appointed to undertake strict surveillance in the warehouse loading unloading of the consignments.
