The bag compactors for torn empty bags offered by us comprise mild steel or 304 / 316 stainless steel troughs with appropriate surface finishing.
Features:
- Our equipment come with a u-profile trough, which is longitudinally split in half to ensure replacement of the sint liners that boost introduction and further compression of the broken bags. These products come integrated with a suitable direct drive unit that boost performance.
- Towards the drive end the compactor is equipped with an end plate, which is fixed to the end flange of the trough to ensure smooth assembly of the end bearing complete with flanged shaft coupling for the bag compacting screw.
- Further, the other trough end comes connected with a tapered pipe that supports the progress of the compacted broken bags. These steel pipes also allow a polyethylene tube to be fitted towards their end to ensure unmatched disposal of the waste bags.
