We are providing our clients with a comprehensive range of Blast Hole Rigs RBH-6-100D/E, which is used for drilling small diameter blast holes in tough formation for rapid deployment from one location to another location, our range is a self-propelled crawler mounted machine type.

Especially design for speed, our rotary drive system is capable of operating up to 135 RPM.

Specifications:

• Rated Capacity: 5.1/2" [140mm] to 6.1/2" [165mm] dia. Holes using 4.1/2" [114mm] /5" [127mm] OD drill rods up to 30 meters
• Pull Down: Through hydraulic cylinder and wire rope / chain system variable up to 16363 kgs [36000 lbs]
• Rotary Drive System: Hydraulic top drive head. Multiple motor and sturdy gear box. Speed infinitely variable 0-135 RPM. Torque variable up to 44000in lbs [508 kg mt]
• Air Compressor: 21.2 mt3/min. at 7 Kg./cm2 [750 CFM 100 PSIG]/ Rotary screw type compressor
• Power System: Single diesel engine developing around - 300 HP at 1900 RPM for driving air compressor and hydraulic system through power-take-off arrangement. (Electric Version also available)
• Mounting: Crawler track mounted with 10 bottom rollers and 2 carrier rollers. 24" wide triple grouser pads. Three point suspension hydraulic- track chain adjuster. Travel speed 1.5 kmph, grade ability 30% and ground bearing pressures less than 0.75 Kg/cm2
• Leveling Jacks: 3 Nos. hydraulic jacks with safety check valves individually controlled
• Mast: Electrically welded structural steel of suitable length for drill rod supplied with drill Single pass 6 Mt
