We offer to our clients series 52 Forward Flame Excess Air Oil Burners which are used for heat treatments, kilns, non-ferrous melting furnaces, ovens, dryers, air heaters and for chemical process equipment. They are suited at places where superior temperature uniformity is required. Further their superior construction features makes them suitable for high speed diesel, light distillate oil & kerosene. These burners can also be operated with excess air up to 450 to 900% as per the size of the burners. The excess air can improve temperature uniformity by:
- Reducing stratification by churning furnace atmosphere.
- Eliminate hot spots by reducing hot mix temperature in front of the burners.
- Creating positive furnace pressure by stopping cold air infiltration.
- Aids in increasing effective turn down.
- Mounting plates made from high grade of cast iron.
- Standard burner blocks have 9" length.
- Provision of quick withdrawal of disconnect oil atomisers.
- Facility of rotating air inlets in 90° intervals.
- Provision of supplying these burners with a carbon steel support jacket around the tile for furnace walls.
- Alloy jackets available for higher temperatures.
