  Testing FacilitiesThe Basic Raw Material required for the manufacture of Enamelled Winding Wires are Continuous Cast Copper Rods, Enamel Varnish and Thinner. Copper Rods of quality grade with 99.99% purity is processed from reputed suppliers. The quality of the Copper Rods as per IS 12444 88 and / or ASIM:BB-49-92 (Relevant Test Certificates are issued by the supplier accompanied with each consignment.The Enamel Varnish and Thinner as per IS Specifications is required from M/s Dr. Beck+Co. (I) Ltd., accompanied with Test Reports. Quality test such as, Viscosity, Solid Contents are carried out at per our own lab. M/s Dr. Beck+Co. (I) Ltd., is having Technical Service Department, which provides assistance and supervision on trial results.The Plant includes a provision for a modern in-house laboratory equipped with the test equipments confirming to the relevant IS specifications. Intermediate on-line and 100% tests of the end product will be carried out. The results will be properly documented so as to establish operating norms.
