New, modular DuoClean filters - FLSmidth has developed two new, revolutionary DuoClean filter types - the DuoClean DC2 and DuoClean DC8. Both filters have an octagonal shape resulting in a compact, modular filter design. This design is unique in regards to manufacturability and constructability, minimising delivery time and costs.

- Cost-effective construction - The design of the compact filter ensures that the filter modules are optimised for transportation. When arriving at site the filter modules are typically assembled at a dedicated area close to the plant. This ensures a high degree of pre-assembly and means that construction can be done in a safe environment.

- Long filter bag technology - reduces filter footprint and CAPEX
- Compact, modular design - it is easy to manufacture, transport and construct at site
- DuoClean DC2 - The DuoClean DC2 filter consists of multiple octagonal modules which are connected as one, compact filter. It handles gas flows from 150,000 to 1,900,000 Am3/h, making it ideal for large mill and process applications.
- DuoClean DC8 - The DuoClean DC8 filter is a one-compartment filter in an octagonal shape. It is suitable for gas capacities from 45,000 to 150,000 Am3/h. It saves up to 40% on weight compared to a normal square filter.
