Construction Features:
The panel will be metal enclosed, steel sheet cubical pattern extendable type dead front, floor mounting type & suitable for indoor and outdoor mountings.The panel board will be the totally enclosed type, dust and vermin proof. Synthetic rubber gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers provided to render the dust and vermin. The same is done to provide a degree of protection of IP52. All doors and covers will be fully gasketed with synthetic rubber which is completely lockable. The panel boards will be fabricated with CRCA sheet steel thickness not less than 2.0 mm and will be folded and braced as necessary to provide a right for all components.The doors and covers will be constructed from CRCA sheets of thickness 1.6 mm. Joints of any kind in sheet metal will be electrically welded with all slag removed to provide the finishing.

Wiring & Termination:
Different type of harnesses are being used for various starters meter wiring etc. as per IS-8623 standard. All component in the panel is leveled with a proper marking which enabled even a layman to repair the equipment. The standard harness enables easy interchangeability of feeders. 1 sq. mm copper flexible wire is used for power wiring.

BUS-BAR Heat Dissipation:
The heat generated by the bus-bars due to different working conditions is normalized in the panels through louvers, cutouts, escape points which increase the life of the electrical components. All the louvers are adequately closed with wire mesh to avoid entry of insects etc.

Painting:
The cubicles are chemically treated with pretreatment chemicals i.e. de-rusting, siemens pickling and phosphating prior to two coats.putty work and with two co siemens gray structure or approved shade of customer.

Accessories:
All accessories used are of standard companies and have been selected after vigorous scrutiny standard ensuring long life performance.
