Description:

The ESU110 series are the latest micro controller based, Engine protection and status display modules for the manual control diesel engine automation and protection. The ESU110 is ideal for generator control panels, as it reduces external fault relays & complicated wiring. They also provide the user a clear display for faults and status messages. The ESU110 is ideal for diesel generators of any capacity and of any battery voltage. The ESU110 completely replaces the conventional annunciation windows and provides added features to the user.

Engine Safety Unit - Model: ESU 110. Provision to connect an external Key Switch/ push button to stop the engine. All the status messages and faults are displayed on Hi-Bright RED FND. Protection against Low Lubricant Oil Pressure (LLOP) and High Cylinder Temperature (HCT). The unit displays the fault and stops the engine instantly. A built in Stop Solenoid timer (25 seconds) to prevent the burning of stop solenoid, if the Key Switch is left in Stop position, by mistake.

The unit displays engine status in normal conditions. It displays 'OFF', when the key is off, displays 'ON', when the engine is running. If the user forgets the key in Stop position, the unit turns off the stop solenoid after 25 seconds and locks the system. The Emergency Stop push button that is generally provided outside the canopy can be connected to the ESU, to provide a timed signal to the solenoid.

Engine Safety Unit - Model: ESU 110T:

• All the features of ESU110, in addition of the following
• Provides safeties for LLOP, HCT, input for Over Speed Relay, input for LOF sensor
• All the status messages and faults are displayed on Hi-Bright RED FND
• A separate two seconds output to hold external Acknowledge relay
• In-built Stop relay, with output rating of 20 Amps
• Provision for stop pushbutton and emergency stop
• Reduces auxiliary relays and external wiring

• The ESU 110S provides complete control for a standard Diesel Generator set
• Provides on board pushbuttons for Start and Stop
• Factory Set Stop Solenoid Timer (25 seconds)
