The Chamber is manufactured and tested to suit the specifications given in I.S.I & calibrated against E.R.T.L. (w) standards. The chamber is triple wall. Inner both the walls are stainless steel 316 grade. Outer wall is stainless steel 304 grade l. This construction avoids rusting problems. Heavy movable caster wheels will be fitted at bottom of the chamber for easy movement. S.S. 304 quality rod shelves – 3 nos will be provided with the chamber. The chamber is provided with best air circulation to give better temperature
uniformity. This is achieved by using one set of motor & blower in baffle wall compartment to push treated air in working chamber. This system gives better than 1 deg c. Temperature uniformity in working chamber. Steam Injection & heating system is from back side, behind baffle wall. The air circulation blower is also fitted in this compartment only. This arrangement helps to mix treated air and pass well mixed air inside the working chamber. Due to above system the temperature in complete chamber remains equal.
The “puff” insulation is provided in the unit to minimize losses. The puff insulation is far better to any other low temperature insulation. This increases the efficiency of the unit.
The light is provided in working chamber for proper illumination, having control switch at top panel. The Chamber is provided with front door with magnetic gasket to close the door properly. The complete assembly is fitted on base in such a way that any component can be replaced very easily.

• The design of the chamber is most ideal to set conditions which gives uniformity of Temperature throughout the chamber and also saves valuable power consumption.
