We are into exporting of these pump gears to CANADA. A maximum upto 9 module can be gear cut in these gears. These gears are shaved gears and the dimensions obtained is within 10 Microns. The maximum length that can be manufactured is 500mm. The spline cutting is obtained with 10 microns runout acuracy. They are ground on the Journal diameter to obtain the required surface finish. Internal gear cutting parts are also being manufactured, of a minimum upto 15mm internal diameter.
