Piston Valve is basically a seatless & a glandless valve available up to the size of 6" and these valves do not possess any stuffing box. A Piston Valve Glandless is works as a piston operation where the piston slides between the two packing rings which are made from specially imported material. These rings do not rotate thus require a minimum ware. The only warring that is required here is for packing that too after an extensive use.

Our range of Glandless Piston Valve is advantageous than others as it can prevent any leakage on the line from the hole of the bonnet. This is specially provided for this purpose only. This can easily be done by tightening the nut of the bonnet evenly by keeping the valve in closed position. Our range can utilize the maximum thickness of the ring when the valve cannot be further tightened to stop the leakage. It is only required to replace the sealing rings and this can be done on the line itself. The pressure drop in this valve is considered as high as 18%.
