Integrated design approach is adopted incorporating National and International Standards on gear technology. To this, we have added the best of our gear manufacturing experience needed for a variety of applications.

Features
- Gear Case is made out of high quality cast iron and accurately machined.
- Gearing is of a balanced Helical type for smooth running and longer life. Certain important modifications, based on our field experience, have been incorporated while designing the gearing. Gears and pinions are made from alloy steels, precision machined, hardened and finished worked for quiet running.
- Shafts are adequately designed, made out of graded steel and supported on generously selected dual-purpose bearings to sustain heavy-duty applications.
- Lubrication is by splash covering all internal components.
- Motors of reputed make and of oil tight nature are fitted to ensure longer life. Unless specified, 3 phase flange type motors are used.
- Quality Assurance is a built-in feature of SHACON Geared Motors. At every manufacturing stage specialized quality checks are observed and the assembled units checked for noise, oil leakage and temperature rise.
- Selection applying appropriate safety factor, establish power and output speed requirements. Select a suitable geared motor from preliminary selection table and verify the choice from the details given power-rating table. For further assistance you may please contact us.
