PARTS OF INCINERATOR:
1. TROLLY: Manually operated Trolley
2. PRIMERY CHAMPER: It is used to burn the waste up to 8500C
3. SECONDARY CHAMPER: Its is used to burn the harm full gases of primary charmer produced
4. WATER COOLER: It is used to reduce the temperature of the secondary oven gas
5. WETSCRUBBER: It is a pollution control technology
6. PYEPASS CHAMPER: It is a emergency damper used for emergency purpose
7. STACK: This is designed as per the pollution control board norms
BURNER:
The burner is used to burn the industrial waste by using diesel. In this two burner are used in two separate oven. The burner will be placed in the corner of the oven. First oven temperature is up to 850???C and second oven temperature is up to 1050???C . It will take 40 minutes for reaching 850???C and second oven will take 45 minutes to reach 1050???C. At this temperature and time all waste will be in ash form.
OVEN:
Oven is the chamber where the all waste should be placed and burned. In the two oven two burner are placed. In the first oven all solid waste are placed and it heated up 850???C which makes the solid waste into ash, which will be mixed with the air and move to the second oven which will be heated up to 1050???C. At this state every part of the waste will be burned and only polluted and hot air will be seen. In this temperature controller and temperature sensor are place to sense the temperature and to control the heat.
WATER COOLER:
The water cooler is used to cool the hot air outlet from the oven. It's working like a water jacket. The hot air outlet will be passed through the ducting. And the ducting will pass through the water cooler which will cover all side of by water. Hot water should not send directly to the scrubber with too much of heat.
BLOWER:
Blower is placed next to the water cooler. Its function is to send the hot air into the scrubber with high pressure. Pressure applied to air is to move speed and make pressure and applied to the scrubber.
SCRUBBER:
Scrubber is the main processer in the Incinerator. Oven will burn all Industrial waste and it will send the polluted air to Scrubber. Scrubber work is to clean the dust and polluted particles from the air. In this scrubber we are using 4 stage filtration method. At first single water sprayer is used above the air inlet of scrubber. And in the second stage hot and polluted air will hit the water in high pressure. Most of the carbon will be deposited in this. The four stage are explained below
STAGE 1:
In the first stage Hot, polluted and pressurized air will be pass in to the scrubber. Above the scrubber inlet single nozzle is placed. When the polluted air passes in single sprayer will spray water. In this heavy dust will be collected. This is first stage of scrubbing.
STAGE 2:
At this stage polluted air will hit the water in high pressure. The carbon particles and other harmless gases which come from waste will settle in the water. When the polluted air though water it will catch all polluted particle and heat from that air. This is second stage of scrubbing.
STAGE 3:
In the third stage more no of water sprayer are used . When it complete the second stage it will move towards upwards. At that time water will be sprayed from the water sprayer. Water will be sprayed on the polluted air. It will contain the polluted air and harmless gases. Only micro particles will escape from the third stage.
STAGE 4:
In fourth and final stage of scrubbing Plastic cup filter and Plastic net filter are used. In this even micro dust particle will also be settle. Only pure air will be escape from the final stage of filter.
