- For Trucks, Tippers, Concrete Pumps, Transit Mixers and Excavators in MINO progressive type automatic greasing system a pump transfers the grease under pressure to the metering devices via the main line.
- These metering devices are called "Progressive Distributors" Progressive distributor operates sequentially and distributes metered quantity of grease in predetermined order.
- The grease is then moved under pressure through the secondary lines to the greasing points via high pressure hoses or thick walled plastic and steel tubes.
- The working of the lubrication cycle is indicated visually or electrically.
- In case of blockage of greasing point or TM clogging of a supply line, the entire lubrication cycle is interrupted.
- This way MINO progressive system ensures lubrication in all lube points.
