Applications:

In Paper & Pulping industries Paper Pulp Process Pump are used for continuous pumping of pulp stocks up to 7 % consistency

In fertilizers , metal and other process industries Paper Pulp Process Pump are used for continuous operation for pumping clean, abrasives to corrosion liquids

Design:

Paper Pulp Process Pump is horizontal, single stage centrifugal pump with back pull out design. FPS model casing has high suction bore and open type impeller enable non clog design enable easy pumping of stock. Paper Pulp Process Pump consist of wear plate which avoid wear and tear of casing directly. In continuous operation of pump only wear plate get wearied which can be replaced by new wear plate which is very cost effective instead of replacing the casing. In this Paper Pulp Process Pump the gap between wear plate and impeller is externally adjustable which maintain pump performance and efficiency unchanged. The open type impeller provides Paper Pulp Process Pump up to 3 % - 5 % consistency just like water. The stuffing box is designed to suit both gland packing and Mechanical seal based on the customer requirements.

Supply of pump Wetted parts in WCB, CF8 (SS304), CF8M (SS316), CD4MCU, CD4MCUN, Alloy 20, Hastelloy B & Hastelloy C and any other MOC as per customer requirements.

And non wetted parts in cast iron.
