Primary & Secondary Clarifier M/S. SHIVPAD Clarifiers find wide applications in the treatment of Industrial and Domestic water treatment and wastewater treatment plants.
Primary clarifiers serve:
- Remove settleable solids
- Remove free oil, grease and other floating materials
- Reduce the organic loading to subsequent biological units
Secondary Clarifiers aid in
- Solid-liquid separation of biologically treated effluent
- Thickening the underflow sludge concentration desirable for efficient operation or to prevent process upsets of activated sludge system
- Achieving an effluent of excellent quality
Special features:
- Skimmers, scum baffles, and scum trough are provided as a single assembly whenever duty conditions are demanding. It is used to remove oil, grease and dust particles which are floating on the surface of the water.
(i) Clarifier model SPC- A (Full Bridge spanning tank diameter with the central driven drive assembly.)
(ii) Clarifier model SPC- B ( Half-bridge peripheral driven drive assembly with turntable at the center)
(iii) Clarifier model SPC- C (Fixed half bridge with central driven drive assembly)
