With Cashier Module working for you, cash can be given to Cashiers in the Beginning of the day, by entering Cashier wise Opening Cash Balance. While using Cashier Module, Cashier must perform, any Cash Transactions using specific Document no. reference. Cashiers give Cash through URD, Sales Return Document to Customer. And Customers give Cash to Cashier against Order Sales Bill or Sales Bill or for previous Credits or in case of Order Advance. Many a times, the regular Customer, may pay the Round of Amount of the Bill on the Cash Counters. E.g. If it's Bill of amount Rs.10,032. Then, Customer pays only Rs.10,000/- .Then Cashier makes Entry of, only Rs.10, 000/- and the remaining Rs. 32/- are referred as Cashier Discount. Such Cashier Discounts are available to you for Checking. In few cases, after Bill printing, Customer wishes to change the Payment Mode at Cash Counter. Such cases are also facilitated via Cashier Module. Transfer of Cash among the Cashiers is easy through Cash Transfer Document. Cashiers deposit the Cash in Bank with the use of Payment Voucher. Daily Miscellaneous Expenses for Tea or Coffee etc. are made from Cashier's Cash. These are also available to the Manager or Owner for Passing. For the Cash Payments to Vendors, give Computerized Payment Voucher to the Vendor. With Reference No. of that Document, Cashier pays Cash to the respective Vendor. With this System, you will be able to know the Cashier wise Cash Balance at any time during the Day. At the Day End, Cashier wise Cash gets tallied immediately along with Customer Cheques only in the time required for Cash Counting. Quick Tracing is possible in case of any mistakes!
