Product Description
These are ESI's heavy duty stainless-steel cased 2" discharge submersible pumps. 304 stainless-steel is used for the casing, motor housing, shaft, and hardware to provide for corrosion resistance and long life. Cast iron impeller, top, and pump end. Light-weight and slim design will fit easily in dewatering 8" pump pipes. UL/CSA approved with built-in thermal overload protection. Longer power cables are used with 30 foot on the 2040 and 50 foot on the 2052. At the heart of the pump is its best feature, a dual mechanical seal that features a Silicon-carbide/Viton© lower seal and an upper seal of Carbon-Ceramic/Viton©. A dual seal will provide extra protection for the motor in avoiding damaging water leaks.
