Swimming Pool Annual Maintenance Contract by BM International

Annual Maintenance Contract of Swimming Pool   Regular Maintenance:- • We shall depute our Person in regular basis for Suction & Filtration Purpose. • We shall take care of required Chemicals to maintain the Pool in day to day Operation.   Routine Visit:- • We shall depute our Technical Supervisor Once in a week. • In case of extra visits are required to ensure smooth running of the Pool, would be attend on war footing basis so that the work is not hampered.
• Maximum response time 24 hours.   Technical Support:-
 • Checking the quality of Pool water once in a week by our Technical Supervisor.
• Sorting of any technical problem faced by you during the day to day running of the Pool.
• Checking of Operator's log book to ensure proper Operation & Maintenance of the Pool.
• Breakdown due to force majeure & major replacement required for smooth running would be immediately brought to your notice and Breakdown servicing will be taken care by us immediately. Any type of Spares or Equipment if required, that will be charged Extra.   Exclusion:-
• Consumables (Except Chemicals) will be cost extra.
• Spare will be cost extra.
• Mejor Repairing will be cost extra.
• Electrical Panel & connections.
• Pipeline works will be cost extra.
• Any type of Civil Job will be cost extra.
