We are providing Overdriven Traction Machine, which is designed to suit various elevator applications. It is equipped with S4 duty induction motor to start easily under full load with low power consumption. Besides, the input shaft is supported with tapered roller bearing to preserve the exact alignment between worm and worm wheel that help in minimizing the gear wear and reduces the maintenance cost.

Features:

• The over-driven geared traction machine is exclusively designed for the elevator application.
• Worm wheel is made up of Centrifugal . casting Phosphor Bronze (Pb2C) and the worm is made up of Nickel alloy steel to ensure high wear resistance and long life.
• The input shaft is supported with tapered roller bearing to preserve the exact alignment between worm and worm wheel so as to minimize the gear wear and reduce the maintenance cost.
• S4 Duty Induction motor is designed to start easily under full load with low power consumption.
• Electro-magnetic spring loaded 220 volt direct current brake ensures smooth and quit operation and precise final stopping.
• The de-mountable traction sheave is made up of special alloy casting that contains Chromium and Molybdenum to ensure high wear resistance to the sheave. Its carefully machined groves are so designed that it ensures maximum traction with the minimum wear to the ropes.
