VAIL Borewell Submersible 4 by Sky Walt

VAIL-BS 4” Series SKY WALT Borewell Submersible Pumps are powered by a water cooled submersible A.C motor, suitable for continuous duty and transmit appropriate mechanical power to the pump.  Pumps are incorporated with externally hardwearing bearing.

Inlet and outlet chambers are made of good quality cast iron and coated with anti corrosive paint. Impeller and diffusers are made of good quality PP / Noryl material,Oil seal of the motor prevent leakages during high pressure operation. All vital components of these pumps are designed for the best possible hydraulic efficiency. The Shaft made of SS 431 ensures the long life of the pump. Pumps are multistage centrifugal type, which are firmly coupled to submersible electric motor which operates submerged beneath the surface of water. Built in check valve prevents the back flow and reduces the risk of water hammering.

Usage of, Stator made of low watt loss laminations, Pressure die-casted rotor, good quality thermal over load protector, Good quality insulated copper wire winding and wear resistant thrust bearings and journal bearings are results in good performance, trouble free operation for a longer time.
