Product Description
We manufacture drawing dies for wires from size 0.15mm to 30.00mm.
Castings: Mild steel casings are used for wire drawing dies. These casings are hardened for long life and maximum output from die. Casings of EN 8 material are used for dies wherein the speed of machine is over 10m/sec.
Manufacturing Process : The profile of the die depends upon the grade of material to be drawn, speed of the machine, reduction on the die, lubrication used (powder or liquid), etc. With these information’s as extra knowledge we can manufacture die with a profile which can give its optimum level & guaranteed production.
Quality Assurance: Utmost care is taken while designing the profile of die as per standards and customer requirements. Mirror polish is done for better surface quality of output wire from die. The Automation used while the manufacturing of the size of the dies guarantees the tolerance in 0.001mm
