Gas Cylinder

A gas cylinder is a pressure vessel for transport and storage of gases at above atmospheric pressure. High-pressure gas cylinders are also called bottles. Inside the cylinder, the stored contents may be either in a liquid state, vapor state, or a mixture of liquid and vapor. Various gases can be stored in cylinders, including but not limited to, propane, oxygen, helium, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide. Cylinders in use may contain multiple gases at the same time.
