Molasses Transfer Pump

A molasses transfer pump is typically used for the transfer of molasse from one container to another. It is usually comprised of a motor-driven impeller which forces the molasses through a hose or pipe. Some of these pumps may also be outfitted with valves that allow for the regulation of the flow rate of the molasses. They are often portable and are used for the transfer of molasses from smaller containers or drums to larger containers such as those found in distilleries or other production facilities.
