We have specifically developed the Omega series for dental labs and hearing aid manufacturers.

We would like to establish some key areas where our printers beat the market competition.

• A model (as shown in above picture) can be completed within a time frame of 17 minutes (on the Omega Ultra) with a layer height of 35 Microns in our Prototyping Resin. Other printers in the market will take at least 60 minutes to print the same design. The print time becomes 9 minutes with a layer height of 70 Microns.

• Nearly 28 models can be fit on the platform at once of the Omega Plus and Ultra. The print timing is still the same irrespective of the number of pieces on the platform.

• When the Omega Plus is used in full capacity (entire platform filled with pieces) and operated for a duration of 8 hours (with 10-15 minute breaks between each platforms) a net of over 500 models can be built per day (at a layer height of 35 Microns which is more than sufficient for your application).

We are also in process of developing dental grade (FDA and ISO 10993 certified) in association with our consumables partners.

We currently order best-in-class bio-certified materials from Detax for the dental and hearing aids fields.
