These pallet handling robots come in a variety of models. The HLE 150 is an X-axis, horizontal type with a speed of 2.5m/s and an acceleration of 3m/s². The HPLA 120 is a Y-axis, horizontal type. It has a speed of 2.5m/s and an acceleration of 3m/s². The HTR 80 is a Z-axis, vertical type. It has the same speed and acceleration as the HLE 150.
Finally, the HDM 409 model is a C-axis type which has a rotation angle of 360° and an average cycle time of seven seconds. A suction gripper is available for boxes that can be held together using suction, such as cardboard. The sizes are as follows: 300 x 200mm, 400 x 300mm and 600 x 400mm. They can respectively hold 10, 25 and 50 kilograms.
