Details:
Single Stage Vacuum Pump With Compressor having suction capacities ranging from 26 M 3 per hour to 2550 M 3 per hour. The impellers having several blades at particular angles are made of bronze metals and are dynamically balanced control discs which are fitted in the side covers are also made of bronze metal or 0.1 alloy casting. Shafts are turned out of EN steel and rotate on roller bearings at both the ends. The ultimate vacuum attainable by this type of pumps depends on the temperature of the ring water. It is 28" mercury column with sealant supply @30degree C. and barometer 30" mercury. When used as compressor Compressed air combined water is let into special designed water separator where water is separated from air and by controlling air escape we can create maximum pressure up to 221 blind 2. Non return valve is provided on pressure line for preventing back pressure.
