The use of ‘Anti-Humid’ Plant is to improve the moisture absorbing resistance of Magnesium Oxy-Chloride Cement and gives stones a higher CCS strength, stronger abrasion and increased hardness. It also increases the bond strength of Magnesium Oxy-Chloride Cement and hence the problems like CCL4 or formation of fissures or cracks around the stone are completely eliminated, even when the stones are not used for a long time. What it is made of
The primary materials used for manufacturing of Flour Mill Stones are Emery grains and Magnesium Oxy-Chloride cement.

Emery is the second hardest mineral on earth after diamond, having a mosh hardness value of 9. Emery grains of different sizes are used as an abrasive material in the Flour Mill Stones. We use Emery which contains 50% to 60% Alumina and 16% to 24% Iron Oxide, which is the best grade in its kind. A proper combination of different emery grain sizes is used in the manufacturing of Flour Mill Stones to ensure that stones have maximum abrasion resistance without compromising their running life.

Magnesium Oxy-Chloride cement is one of the strongest cements. It is a high strength, high bonding, air hardened and quick setting cement. Having tremendous load bearing capacity, it can withstand vibrations from heavy cast iron wheel movement without the least traces of cracks or fissures.
