Helical Gearbox by Micro Precision Works

We offer our customers with Two Stage Helical Gearbox that are manufactured using superior raw material, which ensure durability and better performance along with high efficiency. Our products are designed on modular concept of construction that conforms to be standards with respect to sizes & dimensions. For having an accurate tolerance between the gear centers, we use anti-friction type bearings in our products. In addition to this, for preventing oil leakage at high/low speed shaft, we use positive seal. Meeting with diverse requirements of customers, our products are easy to maintain and have mass production capacity as well as help in maintaining a comprehensive stock.

Specially recommended for Hoist, Long Travel drive and cross travel drives of the EOT cranes, our products are used hardened, high graded alloy steel helical gears immersed completely in oil. Serve for longer period of time without any kind of special maintenance; the housing of our products is made of either steel or graded cast iron. Moreover, we use computer aided designs for obtaining compact and robust gearboxes with required factor of safety. The gear reduction efficiency of our products is also obtained over 95% per reduction.
