The Metzner RPA 60-LT series contains a powerful robot automation device, which is an excellent storage system, offering high performance when it comes to handling press parts of carbide. In addition to this, the storage capacity is evaluated at 60 sintered plates, while the outstanding opportunities for continuous industrial use when it comes to cutting inserts manufacturing and other stampings, are also worth mentioning.

Note that all sintered plates are fed using four trolleys, while the intelligent system in this series can provide uninterrupted loading of the pressed parts. The first sintered plate is filled with a linear robot, putting the handling system, while the first plate is filled, starting the loading of the second. The handling system, in the meantime, can perform the sintered plate that is loaded back into the trolley. Note that the automated system operates in accordance to the Kanban principle.
