The Solar Air Conditioner is 100 % DC powered and runs off batteries that can be charged using solar or wind power. This makes the product independent of the electric grid. Since it is entirely DC powered, there is no need for a DC-AC inverter. This results in lower overall cost of the system, no power loss due to conversion as well as no maintenance cost for the inverter. Our solar air conditioners have variable refrigerant flow and capacity meaning the air conditioner is always the right size for the conditions and is never wasting power. The Solar Air Conditioner is designed to work off solar panels and batteries and is independent of the electric grid. This is the only product of its kind for room Air Conditioning. Since it is not connected to an electric outlet, the operating costs are zero.
