Vertical Slurry Pumps by Creative Engineers

Creative Vertical Slurry Pumps are widely used in spillage applications in beatification plants.
These pumps have no gland box, submerged shaft seals or bearing. This eliminates the requirement of sealing water, guarantees minimum maintenance. The bearings are fitted above the sump level with heaving double protection against penetration of slurry.
Wear parts are available with Ni-hard, Hi-chrome, natural rubber, CD4MCU, SS316, and CF8M, etc.

CREATIVE SUMP PUMPS are available in various types.

Type-I: standard pump with closed impeller and extended suction (inlet).

Type-II: pump with spray hole casing, semi-open impeller, spray holed in the casing helps part of slurry pumping back to the sump to agitate settled solids in the sump.

Type-III: pump with agitator.

The agitator is attached to the extended shaft, which helps to agitate course solids settled in the sump. More suitable for pumping course rapid settling solid setting solids like iron ore, coal, gold, chromite ore, etc.
