Up flow water softening plant:

The proven technology of our standard softeners are up flow direction for complete resin contact with raw water. Lt utilizes strongly acidic cation exchange in sodium forms. The sodium ions are exchangs for calcium & magnesium ions which form low hardness and so the water becomes soft. After exhaustion the resin is regenerated using sodium chloride (salt). The technique of counter flow regeneration is used to produce water to flow residual hardness is commercial zero hardness. These softener are available in different standard models for flow rate range of 500 lph to 50,000 lph.

Scope of supply:

Main pressure vessel of mild steel provided with stainer plates at top & bottom. Internally protected with epoxy paint to prevent from corrosion. Set of frantal piping & diaphragm valves and ejector for salt injection. Initial charge of high capacity ion exchange resin. Hdpe salt tank for regeneration, testing kit.

Raw water should be clean & clear, free from chlorine.
