Solenoid Pumps

Solenoid pumps are a type of electric pump that utilize electromagnetic force created by an electromagnet to move fluids through a sealed system. They consist of a two-cylinder housing in which the two cylinders are separated by a plunger connected to a solenoid. When the solenoid is energized, the plunger retracts and pulls on the cylinders, forcing them to move apart and draw in fluid. The plunger then pushes out the liquid through the outlet port. This efficient and simple design makes solenoid pumps ideal for a variety of applications such as delivering liquid soap, fuels, and detergents. Although they are not typically used to move large volumes of liquid, their size and low cost make them well-suited for many process applications.
