Turbine Agitator

Turbine agitators are rotary agitators consisting of a rotating blade mounted on a shaft. They are typically used in applications requiring high levels of shear and mixing. They are commonly used in industrial processes such as oil and gas production, mixing paints, chemicals and coatings, and in biological processes such as fermentation and cell culture. They are used to disperse solid particles, dissolve and disperse gases, and create homogeneous mixtures. Turbine agitators are more efficient than paddle agitators, which are typically used in larger tanks and require greater power consumption.
