Product Description
The process pumps are used for pumping liquid from lower pressure to high pressure. Made from stainless steel 316 or 304 these hygienically cleaned process pumps have the capacity up to 8,00,000 liters and lifting head of 100 meters. Covers a wide range used in Dairy, Beverage, Winery, Parma, Distilleries & Service Industry. Excellent suction performance makes it possible to use these pumps even under unfavourable inlet conditions (Low NPSH) Silent Features:
- Stainless Steel investment casting CF8M/CF8
- S. S. 316 heavy gauge sheets with forming/ pressing computer aided maddened loading
- Latest cold Forming technology of 8 to 10mm thick casing and suction covers forming on heavy-duty hydraulic press
- Pore free pumps without cavities or blow holes
- A superb smooth pump surface, bacteria will find difficult colonies here
- Computer aided designed controller of impeller vanes for optimum efficiency i.e. low power consumption of pump
- Connections suction and delivery can be supplied in
- S. M. S. standards, DIN 11851, Triclamp, with flanges to DIN ND 16, B. S. 10, AiSI, ANSI Flangs.
