In order to modernise the old system of producing chikkis on marble table tops, Leveling them with pins and cutting them with manually rotary cutters. This has been fully automized
From one side put the chikki mass in the extruder hopper and from other side the cut chikki bars come out.
The Process is as follows.
A continuous produce rope is fed in the extruder hopper, the 1st extruder feeds a thickness sheet to the 2nd extruder, where a continuous sheet comes out the same is passed through the bank of gauging rollers, where the final thickness is achieved and clean sheet is formed.
The sides are trimed in the gang cutter, where continuous ropes are coming out.
This ropes are cut on a guillotine cutter with pre determined length (this length is achieved by servo motors) setting the bars are separated and fed directly on the flow pack wrapping machine in Pillow pack style.
