We specialize to provide diesel engine and pump sets services to our clients in a stipulated time frame. The range of diesel engine and pump sets services includes cold starling, single cylinder, vertical, water cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition and four stroke engine. • Rotation: The standard rotation is clockwise facing the flywheel

• Bearings: We use superior quality of mam bearings in our range of services, which is tapper roller. Large end bearings are of bi metal alloy lined steel backed shell. Bushes for valve rocker and small end of connecting rod are of phosphorus bronze.

• Fuel System: We make sure that fuel is supplies to the fuel pump by gravity feed through a ceramic filler in fuel tank and a fabric filter and also we provide filter at the inlet of nozzle holder.

• Lubrication System: We provide lubrication filter for cleaning the engine oil and forced feed by plunger type oil pump to large end bearing.

• Governing: We fixed speed centrifugal governor in the cam shaft gear wheel to control the speed vibration within limits to comply with Indian standard.

• Balancing: We make sure that engine is efficiently balanced with two balance weights bolted on crank shaft. Moreover, fly wheel is balanced to give smooth operation to ensure long life of moving parts.

• Cooling: Engine cooling is arranged by run through fitter supply as well as by radiator or cooling tank.

• ExhaustSystem: This system givesadequate silencing.

• Air Cleaner: The wide array of air cleaner is fitted in machines for efficient cleaning.

• Starting: Our range of machines is designed forstarling by hand easily.
