Pumps

• • Vertical pumps DPV are 100 % SS-AISI 304 or SS-AISI 316 – so no corrosion
• • Vertical pumps DPV are highest possible Efficiency
• • Vertical pumps are new generation in design and are with EFF1/IE2 motors

Valves :

• • The Butterfly valves from DN 40 to DN 150 are Stainless steel SS304(CF8 ) Material
• • The Non return valves are Non slam Type and made of 100 % SS304 ( CF8) material

Headers and interconnecting pipes:
The following versions are available

• • By default - Galvanised iron with 80-90 micron industrial epoxy powder coating
• • Complete headers and interconnecting pipes in SS 304
• • Complete headers and interconnecting pipes in SS 316 for critical industrial application

• • Non-return valves are integrated in the discharge bend
• • Minimal line loss as a result of the application of ball valves or butterfly valves with a full bore

• • Solid universal control panel on a base plate
• • Integrated into the booster system or wall mounted

Base plate

• • Solid, powder coated steel frame / base plate
• • Low noise and anti-vibration construction
• • Mounted on adjustable machine feet (vibration mount)
