Product Description
Our range of Drum Flaker is mainly used to convert Molten Chemicals into Solid Flakes. This is achieved by coating thin layer of Molten Chemical on Rotating Drum that is cooled from inside by suitable mechanism by sprinkling water. The solidified material is thus flaked by adjustable scraper. (If heated drum is required, heating arrangement also can be provided).

- Variable speed arrangement by General Motor
Out Fit:
- The Drum Flaker will be complete with SS Tray, SS Hoper, MS Hood, A Belt-Guard, Chain Guard, Heavy Base Plate with Geared Motor and Variable speed arrangement.

- Speed of Drum should be 1 R.P.M.
Thickness of dried cake should be 1mm
Bulk density of dried cake 1gm.\cm3
