Product Description
Our nano filtration plant is a membrane technology which is very similar to reverse osmosis in it mode of operation and construct. Reverse osmosis is a process wherein pressure is imposed on the side with highly concentrated solution to force the movement of water molecules across the membrane to low concentrated solution. However there is small difference between the two that the separation line is slightly lower and ions solved into the water are less filtered than with reverse osmosis. This saves operation costs.
Nano filtration works differently when purifying drinking water and industrial process water. The drinking water is treated by reducing the sulphate, chloride and fluoride however it is even softened partially without the use of regeneration chemicals. On the other hand the industrial process water is partially softened and there is reduction of humus and color from surface water.
