Flexible Shaft: Six Meters Long

High Quality Wire meshed Rubber Hose Pipe with heavy inner liner casing spring to wih stand the rugged/rough construction site conditions.

Encased in the casing is a Spring Steel Mettalic Inner Core Drive of 12.5 mm (nominal) Dia. Duly tempered for longer life and flexibility.

Further reinforcement/strength is provided by Two (2) No.s Steel Mouth Guard Springs on either ends.

(Rubber Sleeves can also be provided in place of Mouth Springs although they have become Obsolete)

Joints of the Inner Core (Nipples/Shaft End Tips) are made of Special Steel and Pressed/Punched (Tin Soldering-Optional on request)

M.S.Threaded Joints for Outer Rubberised portion are pressed tighly by Machine so as to make them Impervious to Grit and Slurry i.e Airtight.

Precision Made Outer Coupler of En-8 Steel is fitted on one end to be locked inside the Motor Housing.

Needle Pumps are compatible to Vibrating Shafts. These pumps are self priming and used to pump water from trenches dug at construction sites of buildings, bridges, subways etc.

The "Pump" has a maximum head of approximately 12.5 meters. (41 ft.).

The pump head is made from pre - stressed aluminum. The filter grille is removable for "Snore" purposes
