These products are especially fabricated, and even if the complete assembly is immersed in oil, the shaft seal totally eliminates the possibility of suction of air through it. Simple design of these pumps helps in carrying out minor repairs without even removing the main housing from its base plate and without disturbing the alignment. Vacuum pumps of higher capacities if operated continuously for very long time gets heated up because of friction or heavy intake of hot mixture of gas and vapours. As a result, performance of the pump drops. As a solution to that problem, we have constructed a jacket around three sides of the pump housing to keep it cool. In this jacket, water is compelled to circulate for keeping the temperature of vacuum pump under control. In this model of our vacuum pump, an inbuilt device called Gas Ballast is provided. This gas ballast effectively checks condensation to a large extent, thereby, preventing contamination of oil.
