Product Description
The Horizontal pumps manufactured are of moulded constructions in
P.V.D.F. or Polypropyelene for HCL, HF, H2SO4 etc. The Impeller is
fixed on the shaft threading and is provided with suitable sleeve/
extensions in Hastelloy-C, Glass filled Teflon, Alloy-20 etc, suiting
the chemical. A positive and reliable shaft sealing is provided to
ensure that the liquid does not enter in between the shaft and the
sleeve and corrode the non wetted parts easily. The pumps are with
Grafoil gland packing or an appropriate Mechanical seal, of generally
Sealol Hindustan make. The Bearing Block Adaptor is a separate piece and
is made of Glass filled Polypropylene to avoid effect of the corrosion
due to liquid leakage through the glands or atmospheric corrosion.
