Student Model Desk (Laminated) by Kings Furnishing & Safe Co.

The student model desk having an overall size of 1041mm(w)x750mm(h)x375mm(d).The desk is made of 1.5mm thick 70mmx30mm elliptical pipe confirming to IS-7138-73 grade fixed on the vertical sides .The entire horizontal steel structure is comprising of 1.5mm thick 25mmx25mm and 25mmx12mm M. S. E. R. W. square and rectangular sections respectively.

The back of the desk is made of 11mm thick hot pressed plywood of MR. Grade duly laminated with 1mm thick mica on the front side and 0.6mm thick mica on the Back side. The seat of the desk is made of 11mm thick steam pressed plywood of MR. Grade duly The seat is resting on 35mmx35mmx5mm thick, angles connected to 1.5mm thick 70mmx30mm rectangular pipe in cantilever design. The entire seat structure is fixed to the main member (70mmx30mm) with galvanised nuts and bolts. Alternatively, the entire seat structure can fixed with a tip up mechanism for better movement and flexibility.

The desk has further been provided with a book rack in the middle to support the student bag etc. The book rack is made of 5mm thick MS bar, fitted to the 70mm horizontal MS section or to the table top i.e. as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

The MS structure is duly powder coated in the desired colour.

The top of the desk is made of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board duly edge banded with 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape , in the desired finish.
