We also offer Submersible Motors that are available under the brand name of ATLANTA and are manufactured using high grade components. Designed as per the international standards, these motors are utilized in various sectors. Our motors are available for 6 inch and larger bore-wells with couplings designed as per the NEMA standards. Thus, these motors can be used with pumps designed for NEMA coupling. Our motors are also available for bore-wells of 10 inch and larger diameters in 4 pole construction. Engineered using the most ideal principle that is best for our users, these pumps are rewind-able and can withstand up to a temperature of 85°C. Our products are fitted with mechanical seals and sturdy radial bearing bushes.

Depending on the requirements of our clients, we offer motors of different construction: 

• Standard Construction (Stainless steel/cast iron construction): In this form, the base of the motor, upper housing, lower housing and adaptor are fabricated using close grain cast iron (FG-200). The set up is coupled with mild steel stator housing
• Total Stainless Steel Construction: The vital components are manufactured using SS-304/410, thus, ensuring 100% resistance to corrosion and longer life
• Special 'N' Construction: These constructions are ideal for seal water applications, where ambient temperature exceeds 55°C
• Special Motors: This design is perfect for offshore installations, mines and others specifications as per the requirements of our clients.

Our pumps are best known for the following features:  

• Available in 2 pole asynchronous wet wound squirrel cage induction type with water cooled and water lubricated system
• Double rubber seal or stainless steel mechanical face seal for preventing leakage of factory filled water with antifreeze solution
• Provided with a reflux pressure that enables motors to equalize the pressure changes in the stator
• Our motors are provided with rewind-able and water cooled stators that are are more cost effective as compared to sealed stator design. Further, these are also equipped with dual insulated winding wire for high temperature
• Designed with Mitchel type thrust bearings for maximum endurance of thrust load with minimum wear and tear
• The supply to the motor is through 3 cores / 4 cores flat / round PVC / rubber cable that passes through water tight sealing gland
• Metal sheathed cables along the length of the pump body
• 2 leads of 3 cores are supplied for motor with Star-Delta starting
• Inbuilt temperature sensing protection option as per the clients’ requirements
• Motor base is fitted with thrust bearing assembly with self-adjusting and self-aligning shoes
