SUPRATON, High Shear inline Homogenizers from Buckau Wolf (BWS Technologie Gmbh) are manufactured in Germany. The SUPRATON represents the link between experience and progress in the field of Inline Homogenizing. High quality, versatility and stability characterize SUPRATON® machines used in the chemical, paper, bitumen and food processing industry.

A product of German precision and reliability, these energy saving machines can disintegrate, shred, disperse, mix, dissolve, emulsify, homogenize solids and liquids, or even different liquids which otherwise are difficult to mix. The SUPRATON consists of a set of stator and rotor running at high speed., and with extremely fine and accurate clearances between them, it performs the desired function. Different designs of stators and rotors can be provided catering to different duties. Also, for special applications a Magnetic Drive version is available.

The standard SUPRATON model offered by BWS Technologie Gmbh Germany allows operation upto:

Capacity – upto 75 m3/hr
Temperature – upto 200o C
Viscosity – upto 10,000 cPs
Inlet Particle Size – upto 20 mm
Pumping Heads – upto 5 bar
