Working Principle of Ultrasonic Humidifier : Metal Diaphragm vibrating at an Ultrasonic frequency creates water droplets in the form of cool fog.

- Diameter of the fog produced is 1-5 micrometer when compared to 3-15 micrometer of high pressure fog system (nozzle type).
- Absorbed by the air quickly. When droplets size is bigger it can settle directly over the metal parts of machinery without proper dispersion in the air causing corrosion of parts.
- Cost of humidifying is as low as 0.05kw/kg/hr which is 1/10 to 1/15th of other humidifying types.
- This technology doesn’t need nozzles, Fog output can be directly from the PVC pipe thus no issues such as nozzle blockages etc.

- The stainless steel inner body, outer powder coated, beautiful appearance, standard filling water mouth, switch and outlet water spill, including nozzle to be automatic filling water, automatic control water level.
- Microprocessor based Digital Humidity Conroller cum Indicator.
- Maintains high humidity upto 90 % in an enclosed space from 2000 to 10000 cu.ft.
- Ultrasonic humidifiers are almost maintenance free, as an Inbuilt Water RO System purifies the Water before entry into the ultrasonic chamber. (Optional)
- The ultrasonic humidifier system does not generate heat at any point in humidification process.
