Product Description
Delite Vibro Screen are generally used for the Dewatering, Shifting and Classifying any bulk solids and slurry. The main screening assembly is suspended on rugged springs that allow it to vibrate freely while minimizing power consumption and preventing vibration transmission on the floor.
The assembly is equipped with one imbalanced weight vibrating motor. That create multiple vibrations for the purpose of controlling the flow path of material on screen surfaces, and maximising the rate at which material passes through the screen.
Material is fed at the centre of the Vibrating Screen causing particle larger than screen apertures to travel across the screen surface and exit through a discharge spout located at the Vibrating Screen periphery.
Multi deck Vibrating Screen are also used to Dewater and Classify the material for the requirement of different particle sizes
